Qualification:

1. Degree in Business Administration
2. At least 2 years work experience in a similar position
3. Careful and precise in his work
4. Can work independently with minimal supervision
5. Able to communicate in both English and Chinese
6. Ability to communicate on all levels and pleasant personality
7. Knowledge of Visual Basic, Microsoft Access and MS Office application
8. Knowledge of SQL is beneficial

The assignment of responsibilities:

A). Manage and track customer inquiries
B). To develop, manage and promote the activities of the member
C). Processing customer orders, updating prices in the internal system, general administrative support
