Qualification:

1. GCE O Levels, ITE, Diploma in Business Studies / Management / Logistics or equivalent.
2. At least one year of relevant experience.
3. Stock products must be moved around the store, so physical strength is required.
4. Class 3 driver's license is required.
5. Good team player and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Only Singaporeans.

The assignment of responsibilities:

A). Inventory maintenance and monitoring (in/out) in stores and in the ERP system.
B). Provide logistical support for the delivery and shipment of materials with forwarders, both for import and export.
C). Ensure incoming inventory is updated and communicated to appropriate departments. D). Management of accounting and auditing processes.
E). Run weekly/monthly reports on the system to identify irregularities in inventory usage.
